Since I'm too lazy to start my assignment & the fiance is busy playing takraw with his friends, I shall tell you how I met my beau. When I told people where I get to know him, they couldn't believe I was that brave to do such things.
Where I get to know him? I'm sure everyone knows this social media called Tagged. So here it goes.....
I was a Year 1 Semester 2 student in Republic Poly way back in 2008. I was 18 back then & I must admit during that point of time my motto was "Single and ready to mingle". Like any guys wanna know me, I don't mind getting to know them and usually these guys are my friend's friend.
And there's this guy who is my friend's classmate & I must say that's the worst relationship I've been because pasal dia I did not trust my friends although my friends warn me but hey not my fault entirely seh. I wasn't aware this guy have a girlfriend (who is in secondary school btw) and yang kawan aku kasi aku kenal-kenal ngan dia apa hal sia. But all I could say was that he broke my heart twice & that's when I told myself I had enough of his BULLSHIT! After that, its very AWKWARD whenever I bumped into him in school.
Then there is Shawn, we were just friends but veryyyyyy close. He was the one who created the Tagged account for me. YES! He created it for me. Get to know a few guys here and there. You know Tagged have this thing where if you like them you can "buy" them right? Guess who kept "buying" me whenever any other guy "buys" me. YEP! My fiance.
The thing about him that stands out from the rest of the guys on Tagged is that you can tell his intention to be your friend is sincere. Most guys on Tagged were douchebag & all they could think of is trying to get their filthy hands on you but it was different with him but due to my previous relationship, I was very careful and told myself to be just friends.
I was so guarded that when he gave me his number for exchange, I don't bother to even take them down & to the extend I find him a nuisance. Sebab setiap kali masuk MSN je, the first person to chat with me is him. Along the way, he did drop hints here and there but me being careful, I told myself that he is just flirting with me like any other guys would.
Suatu hari, dia ajak keluar seh! Aku ada lah cuba fikirkan pelbagai alasan. Malangnye aku tak succeed so keluar je lah, kata as friends je. Yes! My friends still couldn't believe that I dare to meet someone from the internet. First date it went well, he's very friendly and that there's no awkward moment. We had Gelare and movie afterwards (member boleh tido pulak!) and home next.
I would be lying if I said that I did not like him. I do like him and I was scared that I may fall for him. It was the second date that I feel the fireworks between us but me being me, I told myself he is just flirting cos he never mention about getting together. I really want him to say it that he want me to be his so that night I told him I wasn't ready & he understand me that he literally wait for me.
Few days later we text each other (yes! after two months we exchange numbers) and we had this convo about our dreams. He asked what's mine so I told him that I want to send my parents for a honeymoon.
His reply? "You're a gd gf." I was like WHAT THE HECK?!?!?! So I asked him what does that suppose to mean and like FINALLY he say it. YESSAAAAA!
Since that day we've been together and enjoying the beautiful journey although there was hiccups along the way. Alhamdulilah that we're turning 5 this March.
