The initial plan was to make full use of the 3 years & get married on my birthday that is 12 November in the year 2016. We had to change that because my dad asked about our wedding date & question on why we decided to get married so late.
I literally went OH SHIT when he asked me that. After I've tried giving all reasons that I could think of, I finally surrender. I surrender to the part when he said, "Tak bagos tunang lama-lama sebab cabaran yang dilalui orang masa bertunang sangat susah." & also to the part whereby its not manis to bawak anak dara orang ke hulur ke hilir, balik malam-malam (this part he never told me but he kinda told bro so somehoe bro pass it to me). So yeah, I understand that. Cos ada banyak mata jahat memerhati hor.
If can, dad wants us to get married end of 2015 but it wouldn't be fair to beau cos he have not save enough. Therefore, to be fair for both we've decided on 12 March 2016. 2 days after our 7th Anniversary that is 10th March 2016. Beau being beau, the nonsensical him, chose 10 March 2016 at first cos step mana nye sweet la gitu. BUT! It falls on the Thursday. Siapa nak gi layan kan? Siapa nak amek leave semata-mata nak tengok ni dua berok nikah kan. Me being me, tell him jangan nak merepek. & so, 12th March 2016 for now, InsyaAllah.
During raya, I managed to ask my aunt when is my cousin getting married cos he got engaged few weeks after us. She said they are aiming April 2016. So swee swee la, 2 cucu Naemah naik pelamin in 2016.
I'm already in this bubble thinking how 2015 raya will be the last raya celebrating as a single lady. Dah tak boleh tinggal bawak ketiak mak lagi uh gini. Mother already siang-siang told me to leave this house when I'm married. I will miss you mother!
Now that it is August, I have 1 year & 7 months to go. And I don't know where to start with all these bookings. Anyone kind enough to help?
