On the day we got engaged, both sides have decided to "ikat" paling lambat 3 tahun & paling siang 2 tahun. Since we have a couple like Mr Fiance & I, nampak sah we will make full advantage of 3 years cos we wanna chill chill dulu & like my dad said, "It's okay lambat, asal kan buat majlis tak hutang orang." Therefore, we've been happily dating each other like as though we are new lovebirds & no thoughts on wedding preparation comes to our minds.
It wasn't long until I went to his place cos it has been awhile since I last see Ibu (Mr Fiance's mum) & that is when she started asking about the preparations. OH TIDAKKKK! Just when I thought we could take our own sweet time, Ibu decided to remind us. I can still "lepak jack" when she asked about the location & how we decided to have our wedding but it was until she remind us that time travels fast when you least expect it. Suddenly, it kick start my panic pedal cos what she said does make sense. Like for example, we are already in the month of March & it is coming to an end & afterwhich we will be welcoming April. When you start to analyse things in your head, that is when you realise that shit just got real & we got to start doing something fast, even if its the small details.
But hey! On a brighter note, we've decided to start looking for bridals around end of 2014 or early 2015. OR! Try to make an effort to visit any wedding exhibition that will be held in the future and hopefully we doesn't get distracted by the food bazaar & lost our main focus. Therefore, for now I shall....."I'm gonna take my timeeeee...."
