I remembered asking my dad on the number of guests he invited during my brother's wedding. He said 250 to 300 & I need to know the number before the fiance & I decided on doing a combine wedding. I feel safe on the number of guests for my side but I'm sort of worry for the fiance side. HAHAHAHAHA! No wonder dad was abit worry when I mention to him about a combine wedding. Psstt....the number of his relatives & friends, MASYAALLAH! Hehehehehe. That one, I leave it to him to settle with his parents.
To top that, I had a discussion with my mami. The reason why I love my mami so much, you wait okay. Alhamdulilah my mami doesn't have those makcik-makcik kampong mindset. She admit that if can, she just want to invite 100 people & do an intimate wedding like those Westerners. She added like how it is not necessary to invite si dekni punya kawan lame time kampong punye jiran & bla bla bla bla. She also remind me that when nak buat majlis, tak baik balas membalas and buat majlis kene ikhlas, jangan mengharap something in return. She add like how kompang-kompang ni tak perlu, OMG! that is what I was planning ah. Hehehehe. Like mother, like daughter.
How I wish we could do 100 guests wedding but like mami said all that can happen if nenek never intervene. HU HU HU HU! Confirm my nenek will go like, "asal tak jempot si A? asal tak jempot si B?" Dad being her son, can't say no but have to follow her request lor. Imagibe doing a 100 guests wedding, my tuning will have to think something up if he still want a combine wedding.
